Design Decission

Visual Identity & Typography

Established a modern visual language signaling stability and ambition without relying on legacy bank clichés.

Goal-Oriented Information Architecture

Restructured product discovery around user intent rather than internal naming. Redesigned cards to prioritize benefit-driven messaging and introduced a self-selection tool, reducing time-to-value to just two clicks from the homepage.

Mobile-First Acquisition Flow

Optimized the journey for app downloads. The mobile experience features thumb-reachable CTAs, bottom-sheet navigation, and above-the-fold app store badges. On desktop, contextual UI mockups reinforce Zikora’s positioning as a digital-native bank.

Contextual Trust Signals

Designed high-visibility trust elements—regulatory credentials and security standards—crucial for conversion in Nigeria’s regulated financial landscape. Transformed generic testimonials into relatable, data-backed community success stories (e.g., “Saved ₦50,000 in 3 months”).
