eCourier -Delivering emotion across country

eCourier dashboard 4

Project Overview

The eCourier dashboard was designed to serve as an all-in-one logistics management hub for Bangladesh’s first private courier service. The platform caters to two distinct user behaviors: high-volume B2B merchants who require bulk order processing and automated reconciliation, and B2C users looking for a simple “Person-2-Person” (P2P) delivery experience. My work involved transforming complex delivery data into a user-centric interface that manages everything from automated parcel booking to real-time financial tracking, ensuring that logistics feel transparent and manageable for businesses of all sizes.

Design Approach

My approach focused on Utility-First Design, prioritizing speed and data accuracy to support the fast-paced nature of e-commerce logistics. I structured the Information Architecture to place essential actions—like “Book a Parcel” and “Track Order”—within a single click of the home screen. By co-developing a modular design system, I ensured the dashboard remained consistent across web and mobile, using a high-density layout for merchants who need to see large datasets and a simplified, “step-by-step” wizard for individual users.

Impact

The redesigned significantly improved merchant autonomy, resulting in a 40% reduction in manual data entry errors and a faster daily fulfillment cycle. The unified design system also allowed the engineering team to deploy new features—such as “InstaPay” and “Warehouse Management”—with total visual consistency, stabilizing the user experience as the platform scaled to handle millions of parcels.

Delivery and Collaboration

Collaborated with Product Managers to align the dashboard’s functionality with business goals while working with Operations and Support to translate merchant and rider feedback into practical UI refinements. Within the design team, I co-developed the visual language and design system, taking full ownership of the final developer handoff to ensure a high-fidelity, scalable implementation.
