The eCourier dashboard was designed to serve as an all-in-one logistics management hub for Bangladesh’s first private courier service. The platform caters to two distinct user behaviors: high-volume B2B merchants who require bulk order processing and automated reconciliation, and B2C users looking for a simple “Person-2-Person” (P2P) delivery experience. My work involved transforming complex delivery data into a user-centric interface that manages everything from automated parcel booking to real-time financial tracking, ensuring that logistics feel transparent and manageable for businesses of all sizes.
