SentinelFlow AI is a web-based command center designed to close the “Contextual Blindness Gap” between security, compliance, and risk teams. In many organizations, incidents, control gaps, and risk registers live in separate tools, which slows response, weakens accountability, and turns audits into last-minute scrambles. This product unifies those signals into a single workflow so teams can prioritize the right work, assign ownership, track remediation, verify closure, and produce audit-ready evidence continuously.
As the Product Designer, I owned the end-to-end experience across discovery, IA, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI. I defined the product structure (Command Center, Work Queue, Item Detail, Controls & Evidence, Assets, Reports), designed the core workflows (triage → assign → fix → verify → report), and built consistent patterns for tables, filters, severity states, SLAs, evidence statuses, and review/verification flows
I designed the system around three principles: clarity, accountability, and proof. The Work Queue merges incidents, risks, and control gaps into a single prioritized list with explainable ranking and fast actions. The Item Detail view connects technical events to business and compliance impact through an Impact Mapping panel, and ensures execution through tasks, ownership, SLAs, and verification. The Controls & Evidence module makes audit readiness continuous by tracking evidence validity, expiry, ownership review, and renewals.
AI is embedded where it provides real operational value. SentinelFlow uses AI to map technical findings to compliance controls and business exposure (Impact Mapping), generate explainable prioritization signals (why an item is ranked critical), and support leadership-ready reporting through natural-language queries and auto-generated weekly posture summaries, always linking back to underlying evidence and tasks for transparency.
The result is a unified product experience that reduces decision fatigue, improves cross-team coordination, and makes compliance measurable and continuous, not seasonal. It demonstrates my ability to design complex, high-stakes dashboards with strong systems thinking, role-aware UX, and practical AI integration from concept to execution.
